Authors instructions
ORAL PRESENTATIONS are strictly limited to 9 minutes with 3 minutes for discussion and questions (12 min total). All Chairpersons are asked to be strict about this!
We only accept a Power-Point Presentation. All Presentations and the material included (ALSO VIDEOs!) must be compatible with WINDOWS!
Latest 30 min. before start of the Session, your Presentations must be handed over by CD/DVD or Flash Drive to the slide desk & check office.
Opening hours:
- Wednesday 17th : 3 pm - 7 pm
- Thursday 18th : 7 am- 7 pm
- Friday 19th: 7 am - 7 pm
- Saturday 20th: 8 am - 9a
POSTERS are presented in the LOWER FLOOR (NEUER SAAL) of our venue (you will be directed):
Poster size is 180 cm (height) x 95 cm (width). Posters viewing is scheduled throughout the meeting during lunch and coffee breaks from Thursday 18th until Saturday 20th. Please mount Posters on Thursday 18th , starting at 7am latest until lunch time! Technical assistance for poster mounting is available at the poster area!
Important: You should declare any conflicting interests such as sponsorship by a manufacturer or other organisation with a vested interest in your presentation.
Selected abstracts will be published in a Special Issue of Clinical Neurology and Neurosurgery after the meeting. There will be further information during the meeting.
